Refund policy

Thirty days to know.

If Wiseheart isn't right for you within 30 days, send it back for a full refund — bracelet and subscription included.

The guarantee

Use the bracelet for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it's not for you, email support@wiseheart.me and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once the bracelet is received in returnable condition, we refund the full purchase price including the first subscription period.

Returnable condition

  • Bracelet, charging case, USB-C cable, and original packaging.
  • Normal wear-and-tear is fine. We do ask that the bracelet still powers on.
  • Damage beyond normal use may reduce the refund — we'll always tell you ahead of time and your refund is at our discretion in those cases.

Subscription refunds beyond 30 days

After the first 30 days, the bracelet is non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and end at the close of the current billing period — no proration fees. If you cancel within the first 14 days of an annual renewal, we'll refund the unused portion of that renewal on request.

Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned bracelet. International refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective devices

If the bracelet arrives damaged or stops working through no fault of your own, we'll replace it under the standard two-year warranty — separate from this refund policy. Email support@wiseheart.me and we'll handle it.
