Today, during early access
WiseHeart is free while we test, so there is nothing to refund. The Polar band itself is bought directly from Polar or a retailer like Amazon — their refund and warranty terms apply to the hardware, and we're happy to help you navigate a claim: email support@wiseheart.me.
At public launch (planned)
Subscriptions will be cancellable any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period — no fees. We plan a 30-day money-back window on the first subscription period; the exact terms publish here before anything goes on sale.
